Practice 01

AI agents and automation that remove work from your week

We design and build AI systems that do real jobs: support agents that resolve tickets, workflow automations that move data between your tools, and document intelligence that turns unstructured files into decisions. Engineered, tested, and maintained, not a chatbot demo.

Scope

What this practice covers

Engagement

What you get

  • Discovery: we map your workflows and rank automation candidates by hours saved
  • A working automation or agent shipped in weeks, integrated with your existing stack
  • Guardrails and human-review loops for anything customer-facing
  • Documentation and handover, you own everything we build
  • Optional managed operation: we monitor, tune, and extend the system monthly

Outcomes

What changes for your business

Hours of repetitive work removed from your team's week

Faster response times on support and lead follow-up

One source of truth across CRM, email, and back office

A clear per-workflow record of what was automated and what it saves

Questions, answered

What can AI automation actually take over in a business like ours?

The reliable wins are repetitive, rule-adjacent work: support triage and first-response, lead qualification and follow-up, invoice and document processing, CRM data entry, reporting, and internal handoffs between tools. In discovery we map your workflows and rank each candidate by hours saved and risk before anything is built.

How long does it take to ship a first automation?

A scoped first automation or agent typically ships in 2–4 weeks. We deliberately start with one high-value workflow rather than a platform project, so you see working results before committing to a larger roadmap.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

No. We integrate with what you already run, CRMs, help desks, email, spreadsheets, ERPs. Automation that requires ripping out your stack usually fails; automation that sits on top of it usually sticks.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

Anything customer-facing ships with guardrails: confidence thresholds, human-review queues for uncertain cases, and full logging. We design for graceful failure, the system escalates to a person instead of guessing.

Who owns the system after it's built?

You do. Code, prompts, credentials, and documentation are handed over completely. Ongoing management is available as a retainer, but it's optional, there is no lock-in by design.

How do you price AI automation work?

Fixed scope for the initial build after discovery, and a flat monthly retainer if you want us to operate and extend the system. We discuss numbers on a scoping call once we've seen your workflows, every stack is different.

Can you work with our developers instead of replacing them?

Yes, many engagements are co-delivery. We design the architecture, build the AI-specific parts, and hand patterns to your team, or white-label delivery entirely under your brand if you're an agency.

Why work with a delivery team in Pakistan?

Senior engineering talent at a cost structure that lets you staff experienced people on every task instead of juniors. We work in your timezone window, communicate in writing by default, and put IP transfer and NDAs in every contract.
